Conclusion of the tour contract
The contract between the customer and Erwin Tours of Switzerland is deemed to take place upon registration.
The application may be made orally, in writing or by e-mail, for example.
A deposit of 50% of the tour price is payable upon registration. As soon as I have received the 50% deposit payment by the customer, the tour(s) and the tour-date(s) is/are booked.
The payment of the balance shall be made no later than 30 (thirty) days before the tour date. The tour-price includes a none-refundable booking fee of Swiss francs 500 per booked tour-day.
Erwin Tours of Switzerland takes the right, at any time and without notice, to adjust the prices.
Tours which have already been booked by this point are excluded.
Implementation of a booked arrangement
Once an arrangement is booked and paid by the customer, the dates can not be changed.
Booked tours will be carried out in all weathers.
Cancellation by the customer prior to departure – cancellation fees
Up to 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour price (500 Swiss Francs minimum).
Seven days prior to departure: 75% of the tour price.
From 2 Days prior to departure or customers’ non-arrival: 100% of the tour price.
Travel- and health insurances
I recommend all customers of Erwin Tours of Switzerland to conclude a personal travel insurance which includes liability, theft, cancelation fees and health insurance (including accident).
Lawsuits against Erwin Tours of Switzerland can be directed only at its headquarters in the city of Zurich, Switzerland, and only through the Swiss legal system.
